Linda Lepak, J.D.

Managing Attorney, Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma

Linda Lepak graduated from Bartlesville Sooner HS and attended the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a BBA in Management and a Juris Doctorate. Throughout her career, Linda has served as an assistant professor of business law at multiple universities; as a private practice attorney; and on numerous boards. In 2003, she joined Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, where she served as a Managing Attorney over their statewide intake unit, and as a member of the executive management team.

She has also served as a Due Process Hearing Officer for the Oklahoma State of Department of Education, as a High Conflict Mediator for the United States Postal Service, on the OBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, the Oklahoma Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators, the Governor’s Interagency Council on Homelessness, the boards of Rogers County Drug Abuse, Rogers County Youth Services, Tulsa Mental Health, the Tulsa Fair Housing Partnership, the Panel of Arbitrators for Oklahoma Charter Schools, the Panel of Mediators for Oklahoma Domestic Abuse Cases, and more recently, the Rogers County Health Department Trust Authority. 

Linda currently currently serves on Oklahoma’s Judicial Nominating Commission and teaches a Law and Ethics class at the University of Oklahoma. She and her college sweetheart, Mark, are the proud parents of five children and proud grandparents of soon-to-be 15 grandchildren.
